  The State Central Committee ultimately opposed the measure after hearing from Representative Sirota and Senator Amabile’s concern regarding the budgetary impact. We requested literature from all campaigns but only received materials from the Yes on Prop 137 campaign. Party leadership believes members and Democrats should have access to all information provided by the campaigns
